Open Position :: Dispatcher

The Dispatcher role in Operations is responsible for logistics coordination of all in-house resources including manpower, fleet, warehouse and stock.  This role reports directly to the Director of Operations.


Ideal candidate skill set

  • Solid understanding of work scope within trades industry
  • General knowledge base of various trades disciplines
  • Familiarity with state labor laws
  • Communicates well within different levels of organization
  • Excels at relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Ability to produce multi-media technician training resources
  • Ability to coach technicians and promote development
  • Demonstrates company culture, policy and procedure
  • Thrives within and produces exemplary results in high pressure situations


Dispatcher is responsible for holding technician team accountable and tracking performance.  Dispatcher KPIs include revenue per technician, capital management and  project expediting.

This purpose breathes throughout the company and directs how we approach both client relationships and recruiting talented professionals.  This message needs to resonate in not only our actions, but also our strategic marketing goals.

Resicom is now actively recruiting marketing interns to help us expand projects as defined by our current marketing objectives.  The purpose of the internship program at Resicom is to provide an authentic work environment in the profession as an enhancement to the student’s academic instructions. A secondary journalism internship is also available to help with writing efforts for press releases, blog posts, and copywriting for support materials.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Peter Baklashev to our Chicago Operations crew.  Peter brings tremendous painting, EIFS, and carpentry experience.

With the warmer spring temperatures arriving, companies are looking to Resicom to restore normalcy to their properties and facilities’ exteriors after a harsh winter.   Peter was an ideal fit to help the busy maintenance season begin.

An avid reader, Peter has committed himself to continued education with local community college classes and offerings.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Paul Douthit to our newly expanded St. Louis Operations crew.  Paul brings years of remodeling, painting and carpentry experience.  Although Paul has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and worked with Hyatt Corporation for several years, he found his real passion lies in creating beautiful living spaces.  However, even after leaving the hospitality industry, Paul is able to apply the skills learned towards disciplined project management.

Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and small son when not working.  He can also be found at the gun range shooting skeet and getting in target practice.  “I especially love sitting in the bleachers at Busch Stadium watching the Cardinals beat up on the Cubs,” says Paul.  “GO CARDS!!!”

We are pleased to announce the addition of Jeremy Knight to our newly expanded Kansas City operations crew.  Jeremy brings years of trade experience in general carpentry, finishing, and trim work. Jeremy has been working as a finish and trim carpenter since he was fourteen years old, and previously managed a residential carpentry crew in the Kansas City area.

When not working, Jeremy is enjoying and watching sports, especially the Jayhawks.

Nicolette Malewski joins Resicom

Resicom is pleased to announce the addition of Nicolette Malewski as administrative assistant at our Lemont corporate headquarters.  Nicolette will primarily be responsible for assisting in the marketing department with design, strategy and various adhoc projects.     

 

Nicolette brings proven experience overseeing projects from concept to completion.  Creative with a flair for visual display, Nicolette is equally familiar to the industry having worked at a downtown Chicago construction company.  There she was responsible for site measurements, space planning, finish material selection, and leading a team of designers.    

 

“I was impressed with how much Resicom concentrates on its people,” says Nicole when asked why she considered joining the team.  “Resicom focuses on knowing where we are, and whether we are working towards the same goals.  Everyone seems to be performing at their best and enjoy what they’re doing. Ronaldo Basit Joins Resicom

Therefore, we are pleased to announce the addition of Ronaldo Basit to our Chicago-based operations crew.  Ronaldo brings extensive trade experience in construction, tile, and remodeling, and will be a tremendous asset to our preventative and on-demand maintenance, as well as the speciality projects team.      

 

Ronaldo was referred to Resicom when working on a residential remodeling project.  The owner, a neighbor of a current employee, remembered Resicom was looking to expand its technician team.

Resicom, the industry leader in brand protection through facility maintenance has partnered with local community colleges and universities to provide select internship opportunities to prospective students.  Available internship programs will participate in Project Management, Human Resources and the Marketing Department.  The internship program is coordinated through Resicom University, a dynamic set of training programs to ensure that we are at the leading edge of project management and execution, utilizing technology, and process refinement. 

 

Resicom executives often speak at different organizations on various topics from strategic planning to entrepreneurial tactics.  Several executive members have vocalized a desire to further their personal teaching experiences.  Consequently, interns will be able to benefit from the unique learning environment and talented leadership that Resicom offers.
