Project Perspectives

Everyone trusts that the age-old expression, "Look before you Leap" is sage advice for many circumstances. It still holds true in business, but at Resicom we also believe in not just looking before you leap, but thinking it through as well.

How we take an idea from conception to completion...

One of the best resources we have developed is our PROJECT PERSPECTIVES. Project Prospectives allows us to organize our ideas and proposals into systematic action plans by utilizing five steps.

Five Steps include:

  1. Identify the intents and purposes of the initiative.
  2. Establish a how to process to achieve each of the intents and purposes.
  3. Establish a list of the time requirements and deadlines needed to execute.
  4. Establish a list of resources required to execute.
  5. Establish follow up protocol to ensure the initiative has taken effect and is being executed as desired.

Improvement Initiatives

Resicom is more than just a reactionary company servicing the needs of our clients in facility maintenance. Rather, we are constantly evaluating and defining our processes so that we continually self improve. We strive to find ways innovate the industry. Our project prospectives help us put our great ideas into workable, measurable action plans.

Organized Process

This approach helps us look at a topic from several different perspectives. As an example, here's how we would use project perspectives to plan a company picnic:
