Homebuilding

Resicom works with its team of architects, designers, and craftsmen to build custom, high end residential homes. This division is growing, despite the current residential home building slowdown. The projects we complete carry attention to detail that relates well to our highly developed processes in the other divisions of our company.

We are selective about the projects we accept. We understand that this relationship is a sensitive one and we complete extensive interviews of potential clients to ensure that we will be successful working with them. We are currently working on projects in Oak Brook and Lemont, Illinois.
